How soon will I see results?

Is Twinkle White safe for sensitive teeth?

Yes. Twinkle White products are designed to be gentle on enamel and suitable for sensitive teeth. If you’re prone to sensitivity, we recommend spacing out sessions and avoiding overuse.

How often should I use my LED whitening kit?

Use your LED whitening kit once daily for up to 7 days. For maintenance, use as needed or pair it with Glowfilter® Smile Veil Whitening Powder.

Can I use Glowfilter® Whitening Powder with my LED kit?

Yes.Glowfilter®is ideal for maintenance between LED whitening treatments.

However, we recommend not using both on the same day to avoid sensitivity. Alternate days for best results.

Is the Glowfilter®Whitening Powder safe for daily use?

Yes. Glowfilter® The Smile Veil Whitening Powder is formulated for daily use and helps gently polish teeth and lift surface stains without harsh abrasives.

What makes the Signature Kit different from other kits?

The Twinkle White® Signature Kit includes a disinfectant sterilisation tray, providing an elevated level of hygiene by keeping the LED mouthpiece clean between uses. It is our most premium whitening system.

Is the Advanced IPX7 kit waterproof?

Yes. The Advanced Waterproof IPX7 LED Kit is designed to be water resistant and can be safely rinsed after use. Do not submerge while charging.

Are Twinkle White products suitable for veneers, crowns, or fillings?

Whitening products do not change the colour of dental restorations. Twinkle White can still be used to help whiten surrounding natural teeth for a more even appearance.

How long does one whitening kit last?
Each kit includes 3x whitening gel pens, typically lasting several treatment cycles, depending on frequency of use.

How does the refill pen subscription work?
When you choose to subscribe, your whitening refill pens are automatically delivered every 3 months at the discounted subscriber price. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime directly from your account. No contracts, no obligations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened oral care products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
